Well, I have been late ALOT this year... we have 8 hrs of emergancy time... which can be taken in 15 min. incriments. So, technically, you can be late 32 times and never have an occurance, but e-time can also be taken up to 4 hours at a time, such as, if a child gets ill and you have to go home... Then, every time you are late after using your e-time it is counted as a tardy. You only get an occurance after you have 4 tardies. So, I've been late 20 times since my e-time has been used, and I've also had partial days where I've had to go home, equalling 12 hours. Every 8 hours you get another occurance, so I have 6 occurances and a few hours. You are ok here up to 5 occurances... after you reach 6 you are put in JIJ - job in jeapordy...

I was online pretty late last night... but my phone battery died... I worked till 1030 at wal-mart last night and Mike Powel met me at applebees so that we could have dinner and a few drinks. I had a bad day yesterday...

hahaha!!! Thanks for the comment on the picture. No, not wearing a bathing suit, or my birthday suit... I was fully clothed. I just don't normally think I look that hot... but I looked in the mirror and thought, that might actually be a decent picture of me, so I went for it. Turns out - most people like it.
